HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY, REGINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yayayayayayaya
REGINA IS 30. WHAT THE FUCK. She’ll be one of those ladies that will NEVER EVER AGE EVER.
And I thought she’s older than that already. Oh my.
I’ve got another serious case of smiling dessert…
ANNA TERNHEIM — Summer Rain
(alternate take feat. Nina Kinert, Ane Brun, First Aid Kit and Ellekari Larsson of The Tiny)Friends who can sing can we please just hang out and sing together some time? WHY ARE NONE OF MY FRIENDS CHOIRFREAKSSSS
Hi, I love this woman. And the rest of the people, but I don’t know them, so yeah. :)
I finally gave in and ordered a 32GB iPod Touch 3G. Dammit Apple, why do you have to tempt me. I was pretty sure I’d skip the shitty 3G update (yes, I’m bitter because there’s no camera), but there’s no way I’m going to survive another 6-9 months waiting.

I’ve actually seen forum posts from 2001 saying that. I wish I had a link though.
You called? Link
(and as MacRumours currently doesn’t respond: Google cache link)
My favorite from page 1: “All that hype for an MP3 player? Break-thru digital device? The Reality Distiortion Field™ is starting to warp Steve’s mind if he thinks for one second that this thing is gonna take off.”
This is perfection.
(And yeah, obviously it’s Björk again. Here’s the direct YouTube link with slightly better audio quality, but even then she still annihilates the compression.)

Lost: Spoiler alert.
Björk talking about her TV. This is the most awesome thing ever.
(I sincerely hope they discharged that TV after unplugging it. Or maybe that’s how her hair got that way…)
Vaneta Rogers of Newsarama shares reactions of various comic book industry folks about the upcoming Apple iPad…
What do you guys think? That is really what matters.
Still not carrying around an oversized iPod Touch, not for that price tag. I still think this is as revolutionary as four years ago. :
Also, those people sound like Apple Douchehipsters.
EDIT: This guy has it right. People are jumping the shark on how “revolutionary” this thing is, but no flash support and no multitasking and stuff? And a year later, Apple will be coming out with a generation that will have all of these and those people who bought it when it first went out will be crying.
Well, for all the hype it really doesn’t look very impressive. It IS very similar to an oversized iPod touch/iPhone. But, as with the iPhone, you probably have to use it to know how much you’ll want it. I remember a friend saying that he’ll never buy something as useless and expensive as an iPod touch… it took only 5 minutes of playing around with it to convince him otherwise.
I still think there’s a need for a device somewhere in between a small media player and a full blown laptop/desktop. Digital media is everywhere now. And I don’t want to be tied to my computer chair every time I just want to look at something. Even if you just consider it to be an eBook reader on steroids (sans e-Ink of course), you might get ideas on how to use it.
EDIT: and did you see the other tablet PCs available? They’re either heavy and sluggish, or really expensive. A tablet is more than just a device with a touch screen. So in that respect it might really turn out to be revolutionary. I’m still undecided :)
